1. Nature of CarpenterPro Service

CarpenterPro is a lead referral and advisory platform.

We:

• Connect customers with local carpenters
• Organise the process of site visits and quotations
• Offer a separate Price Protection advisory service

We do not perform any carpentry work.

2. No Responsibility for Workmanship or Pricing

Any agreement, quotation, work performed, pricing, delays, damages, or disputes are strictly between the customer and the carpenter.

CarpenterPro accepts no responsibility or liability for:

• Quality of work
• Pricing charged by carpenters
• Project delays
• Damages or losses
• Contractual disputes

3. Carpenter Selection

Carpenters are assigned based on personal knowledge, referrals, and market reputation.
However, CarpenterPro does not guarantee their work or conduct.

4. Quotes and Site Visits

Customers understand that:

• Quotes cannot be provided without a site visit and measurements
• Customers are under no obligation to accept any quote received

5. Price Protection Service (R500)

This is an independent advisory service where we:

• Review material lists
• Check quantities
• Source competitive pricing
• Provide guidance

This service does not make CarpenterPro responsible for the carpenter’s final pricing or work.

6. Payments

Payments for the Price Protection service are made via EFT to the bank account provided after request.

This fee is for advisory and verification services only and is non-refundable once the process has started.

7. Use of Website

By using this website and submitting forms, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CarpenterProbe held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the services of any carpenter.
