CarpenterPro provides the following services through this website:
- Carpenter Matching Service (free) — We connect homeowners and businesses in Bloemfontein with verified local carpenters from our personal network, at no cost to the person making the request.
- Price Protection Consultation (R500 once-off) — We review a carpenter's quote and material list on your behalf and provide a verified cost breakdown report, drawing on our industry experience.
CarpenterPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Carpenter Matching Service
Our carpenter matching service is provided free of charge to homeowners and businesses. By submitting a carpenter request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are submitting a genuine request for carpentry services and consent to being contacted by a verified carpenter in our network.
- We will share your name, phone number, email address, and project description with a selected carpenter for the sole purpose of facilitating a quote.
- CarpenterPro acts solely as a connector between you and a carpenter. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction entered into between you and any carpenter.
- We do not guarantee that a suitable carpenter will be available for every request.
- We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work undertaken by a matched carpenter.
- Any quote provided by a carpenter is the carpenter's own and is not endorsed or guaranteed by CarpenterPro.
Important: CarpenterPro is not responsible for the workmanship, conduct, or performance of any carpenter introduced through our service. Any agreement you enter into with a carpenter is solely between you and that carpenter.
Price Protection Consultation Service
Our Price Protection service is a paid consultation in which we review a carpenter's quote and material list on your behalf. By booking a Price Protection consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The service is provided at a once-off fee of R500 per project.
- The service constitutes an independent opinion based on our experience in the carpentry materials industry in Bloemfontein. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
- Our review is based solely on the documents and information you provide to us. We do not conduct site visits as part of this service unless separately agreed in writing.
- Our findings and cost breakdown report are advisory only. CarpenterPro does not accept liability for any decision you make based on the report.
- The service does not constitute professional legal, financial, or engineering advice.
Payment and Refund Policy
The following terms apply to payment for the Price Protection consultation service:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable South African law, CarpenterPro excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to:
- Any loss arising from the workmanship, conduct, delays, or failures of any carpenter introduced through our matching service
- Any loss arising from a carpenter's quote being inaccurate, incomplete, or not honoured
- Any reliance on our Price Protection report or any advice given by CarpenterPro
- Any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or property damage
- Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of this website or our services
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content of this website
CarpenterPro is a connector, not a contractor. We introduce you to carpenters from our trusted network, but we are not a party to any agreement between you and a carpenter. We are not responsible for how a carpenter performs, quotes, or conducts themselves once introduced. All disputes regarding workmanship or pricing must be resolved directly between you and the carpenter.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Your Obligations as a User
By using this website and our services, you agree that you will:
